This ceramic abstract Bird was designed for Nittsjo by Thomas Hellstrom (1924-2006)
The dimensions:  Height 9.5 cm. (3.75")    Weight 430 gm. (15.2 oz.)
The identifying marks on this item are Nittsjo Sweden 5014 THO Nittsjo Hand Made in Sweden Remnant of old label affixed to the inner back area.
This abstract Bird has matte and gloss glazes in tones of browns, white and black.
This Nittsjo piece is in very good vintage condition. There is what appears to be a tiny glaze skip on the back edge of this piece on the brown/black glaze.
